2015年，商家将在支付方式上为消费者提供前所未有的选择，而消费者也将以积极的态度去尝试这一切。在NFC传感器前面挥动iPhone6，以完成移动支付，这何尝不是一种娱乐。如果你的妹妹使用Apple Pay为你买了一瓶啤酒，她会兴奋诉说体验。

2015年将是移动支付的一个实验之年，高科技公司正在试图以新的支付方式取代传统的刷卡系统。在美国，这些实验将产生连锁反应，并改变支付行业的基础、规则和联盟。

从Beacon到移动支付

零售商们对Beacon技术寄予厚望，2015年将是Beacon被广泛使用的一年。通过互联网连接、具有蓝牙功能的Beacon设备，结合移动应用程序，能够让零售商对顾客进行室内定位，并向顾客提供基于位置的商品信息。Beacon还可收集并分析顾客的店内购物信息，以实现个性化的商品推荐，就像亚马逊现在所做的一样。

举例来说，如果你正走在口腔卫生用品货架前面，Beacon可以检测到你的位置，并向你的手机发送电子牙刷打折信息。如果你要再次购买某种处方药，药店里的Beacon设备会在你走进药店的那一刻向你发送一个提醒。如果零售商巧妙地使用Beacon，他们将能够推动销售增长，并为移动支付铺平道路。星巴克已经朝着这个方向迈出了步伐，许多零售商将随之而来。

新的支付方式

大多数拥有iPhone6的购物者将尝试苹果支付平台Apple Pay，但实验将不止于此。PayPal、Google Wallet、支付宝、Coin、 Current C和其他几十种移动支付技术将在2015年接受考验（或重新接受考验）。美国Stratos公司试图研发一种全功能的信用卡。该公司发现，美国有30％的智能手机用户在假日期间习惯使用手机支付来购物。消费者并不一定是觉得信用卡的不便才采用新的支付方式，他们可能纯粹是因为它们“很酷”或者时尚而乐于尝鲜。

无卡交易和有卡交易

Visa和MasterCard是信用卡支付规则的设立者。当消费者在网上使用信用卡购物时，他们需要支付较高的费用。现在，既然消费者能够在店内采用在线支付，这种无卡（Card Not Present）交易费用面临质疑。一名使用网上订餐平台OpenTable订餐的顾客说：如果客户现在就在餐厅内，他也需要支付较高的交易费用吗？

随着无卡交易和有卡交易之间的界限变得模糊，Visa和MasterCard在2015年必须以某种方式解决或消除它们之间的费率差距。否则，它们将面临商家客户交易(Merchant Customer Exchange，MCE)联盟的严重挑战。MCE由沃尔玛领头，正在开发自己的支付系统CurrentC，以反击Apple Pay、 Visa和MasterCard。CurrentC系统可以为零售商节省数十亿美元的交易费用。

社交支付将找到盈利方式

Twitter和Facebook都在准备推出自己的支付服务，而且它们将在2015年为这种服务找到盈利方式。最初，Twitter和Facebook Messenger将采用对等网络支付，但两家公司都必须知道，真正的挑战是服务商家。他们可以采取“社交电子商务”方式，让人们可以在社交网站的品牌主页、帖子和推文内完成交易，而不需要将人们引至外部网站。像Visa和MasterCard一样，Facebook和Twitter可以从每一笔交易中收取费用。社交网站能够缩短消费者发现产品和购买产品之间的时间，因此可能提高商家的销售额。这或许最终让社交网络能够分到电子商务蛋糕中的一大块。

任何事情都可能在2015年发生。今年年底，我们会看以Visa和MasterCard为首的亲信用卡阵营和反信用卡阵营之间更明显的分裂，而且后者正在试图推翻前者在支付行业的主导地位。苹果支付（信用卡阵营成员）和CurrentC（反信用卡阵营成员）之间目前的紧张关系只是未来局势的一个前奏。个体商户、支付技术公司和社交网络都将必须弄清楚自己的方向。（谭思）
