　　中国企业成功的“走出去”一定不是一场单程旅行，而是在来来回回的交流中打造出成熟的国际品牌。

　　中国企业成功的“走出去”一定不是一场单程旅行，而是在来来回回的交流中打造出成熟的国际品牌。

　　中国企业实力的壮大以及对“走出去”战略的进一步落实，我们比以往任何时候都更具有成功走出去的条件，而首当其冲的行业便是能源与高科技公司。因为高科技是跨国界的、标准化的，能更直接地造福用户并赢得好感。科技与能源领域的中国产品走向全球的并不少见，但能被海外市场认知的中国品牌却寥寥可数。在2012年《福布斯》全球上市公司100强的榜单上，有7家中国企业入围，而且其中6家更是位列30强之内。可就在同年，Interbrand公布了全球最佳品牌价值排行TOP 100，中国大陆品牌竟然无一上榜。如果以产品而言，一部分中国企业已经“走出去”了，若以品牌而论，中国企业之路还任重而道远。

　　品牌是什么？如果形象一点描述，品牌不只是把logo打上去，而是你离开房间关上门，里面的人如何评价你。中国企业现在如果离开房间关上门，里面的人更多谈论的恐怕是“Made in China”而不是企业品牌本身。起初中国台湾的新竹高科技园区也曾经遭遇过产品好但海外市场不“待见”的尴尬。随着这些企业营销理念的日渐成熟，他们采取开拓市场、公关先行的战略，充分塑造自己的品牌之后，他们发现，市场突然变得舒朗且开阔。作为唯一跻身品牌价值排行Top100的中国品牌HTC，其首席执行官周永明曾经表示：“产品重要，品牌更重要，亚洲公司发展品牌在文化、经验等方面确实弱一点，但是我们不去做，就永远不会做起来。”

　　同理，我们的企业要想真正走出去，出发点应该是如何“走下去”。一方面，不断提升自身的软实力与核心竞争力是能走出国门的根本立足点。另一方面，发展一个能够与世界接轨的品牌，方是确保我们走得远、走得长久的命脉所在。在迈出“走下去”的第一步之前，我们要准备好回答如下问题：我们的目标地是哪里？这条路能怎么走？了解目标地的市场、竞争对手以及媒体关注点等，是我们在整装出发前必须要做的功课。明确我们的目标受众是谁、他们需要什么、我们的品牌能够为他们承诺什么？什么是我们此行的必备装备。而我们的产品是否拥有一个明确且差异化的品牌，决定了我们能够飞多高，走多远。我们的目标是输出中国科技，构建中国科技的品牌价值。其中，品牌沟通能力至关重要，其路径主要分为3步：入乡随俗、和谐之道和酌水知源。

　　第一步便是要“入乡随俗”，叩响国际市场的大门。在当前的经济格局下，中国企业与当初麦当劳、Zara一进中国市场就受到拥戴的情形不同，我们更像是一个“外来的学徒”，要先学会人家的规矩，才有可能成为大师。尤其要对当地的经济、社会、法制、媒体、文化有充分了解，高度重视中外差异，才能“有效”沟通。比如“国有企业”在国内是“实力”的代名词，可是在海外沟通中“国有”二字可能是敏感词汇，甚至可能造成不必要的沟通障碍。所以我们得用他们听得懂的语言、听得懂的方式，讲述他们关心的事，才有可能营造出一个“人和”的市场。

　　如何能让我们的企业在众多同样“入乡随俗”、“刚学会外语”的企业中脱颖而出，就需要以第二步“和谐之道”助其决胜于千里之外。企业需要清楚地知道其利益相关者是谁，在什么时间要以怎样的方式和不同的利益相关者沟通，如何平衡他们之间不断变化的权重关系。在中国，企业会关注政府、媒体、客户、消费者……海外市场布局往往更为复杂，企业可能还需要关注工会、非政府组织等等潜在的利益相关者。再考虑到每个利益相关者的关注重点不同，在企业发展的不同阶段对企业的影响力不同等多种不定量，这个问题似乎就变得更为复杂。但上述种种都是成功的跨国企业必须面对的问题，他们通常都会聘请熟知本土市场、文化与媒体的公关咨询公司,帮助企业打造出长远、高效、可行的品牌沟通战略方案。

　　如果这两步都能做到，那么我希望中国企业能够走到第3步，即意识到“酌水知源”方能长久。成功的“走出去”一定不是一场单程旅行，而是在来来回回的交流中打造出成熟的国际品牌。成功的企业一定会把在海外获得的经验、技术、媒体声音带回国内分享，并进一步扩大影响，提升国内利益相关者对品牌的信心，创造更高品牌价值的同时，发展真正具有中国特色的国际企业文化价值，从而更好的“走出去”。拿韩国来讲，“Samsung”不仅是Interbrand 2012年全球最佳品牌价值排行上紧随8大美国品牌之后的第9大全球最佳品牌，更是全世界眼中的一张韩国文化名片。根深方能叶茂，随着中国企业实力的增长与经验的积累，我们在更科学的求索道路上，一定能够把中国的变成世界的！
