北京晨报讯滴滴快的公司透露，短短两周内，“powered by didi”出租车进化计划已经和全国20多个城市的近百家出租车公司达成初步合作意向。包括广州、深圳、杭州、南京、上海、长沙、成都、南昌、石家庄、福州、海口、沈阳、贵阳等省会级城市，以及江门、三亚、中山、抚顺、鸡西、蚌埠、宜昌等三线城市的出租车公司将成为该计划的首批“尝鲜者”

北京晨报讯滴滴快的公司透露，短短两周内，“powered by didi”出租车进化计划已经和全国20多个城市的近百家出租车公司达成初步合作意向。包括广州、深圳、杭州、南京、上海、长沙、成都、南昌、石家庄、福州、海口、沈阳、贵阳等省会级城市，以及江门、三亚、中山、抚顺、鸡西、蚌埠、宜昌等三线城市的出租车公司将成为该计划的首批“尝鲜者”。

据悉，“powered by didi”计划的主旨是将互联网技术和大数据手段引入出租车行业，帮助出租车司机提高收入。通过系统派送订单，帮助出租车司机提升运营效率，降低空驶，最终实现“零空驶”，提高收入。通过激励机制，高峰时期按照需求合理提升价格，提高司机的接单积极性，更好满足乘客的出行需求，促进司机收入提高。帮助出租车行业服务升级。通过互联网的方式和评价体系，提高出租车行业服务水准，通过市场化的方式让服务好的司机获得更高的收入。

滴滴快的方面表示，通过和出租车公司合作，给出租车司机带去滴滴快的平台全产业生态的福利。包括为司机提供优惠价格的专属工作餐、免费为司机供应开水、开放洗手间、加油卡以及投资理财等。滴滴快的方面强调，希望通过技术的手段帮助提升出租车司机收入，决不会向出租车司机收取任何费用。

东南大学法学院副教授顾大松表示，移动互联网开启的城市交通变革时代已经来临。有评论认为，“powered by didi”出租车进化计划通过提高出租车运营效率，可以在客观上提升整个城市交通管理的水平，减少大量私家车出行加剧交通拥堵，为都市节能减排、创造更多蓝天作贡献。
