半年前腾讯入股搜狗，签约前10分钟周鸿t还发短信给张朝阳要在谈谈。现在主角换成了京东，它的追求者比搜狗还多，几乎肯定就算结局不变，类似的场景也一定会出现。

京东的未来如何？移动过互联网的电商大戏如何上演？与其讨论这些变数太多的问题，还不如回归本质来看看刘强东是怎样一个人？他有哪些不为人知的段子。或许从这些细节更容易推测出他想成为怎样的人，京东会成为怎样一家公司？

虽然身在充满科技和新锐气息浓厚的互联网领域，但刘强东仍是被中国传统的价值观念浸淫颇深的人。你甚至无法寻找一个洋气的“xx版”刘强东，如果非要比喻，他更像一个中国故事中的“王”。

场景一：

一辆平板车倒扣在草垛上，“大强”坐在中间最高的车梁上，其它人按等级就坐，听他训话。他们刚完胜另外一群孩子，战斗游戏几年间每晚如约在村头上演。这是个脑瓜灵光的孩子，不仅学习成绩好，还很有商业头脑。他对商业的认知有部分来自父母，在不算富裕的江苏宿迁农村，他的父母很早就开始做生意。所以求学时期，大强就能用自己赚到的钱买一部照相机。但传统教育中，做官才是正途，所以他高考时选择了中国人民大学，这是他能看到的离仕途最近的路径。

场景二：

三十年过去了，此时，“大强”成了京东商城董事局主席兼CEO刘强东。他的大学时期，正是中国社会商业萌芽爆发之时，他也因此在中关村经历了3C产品价格一天三变、各种野蛮生长的历练。现在他的面前是十几位西装革履的职业经理人，如果他下达一个指令，半小时内，指令就会通过这些人层层传递到京东的万余名员工。有时他还是那个平板车上训话的“大强”，只不过时间改到了早上。不同的是，内容是事无巨细，只不过时间改到了早上。他对一呼百应和使命必达的喜好，恰恰暗合了传统零售产业链越发精密可控就越能赚到钱的商业规律，这又碰巧与互联网的自由相悖，他也曾因此被鄙视。

场景三：

瘦了几十斤的刘强东坐在主席台上，面前人变成了百余位穿着随意、歪七扭八的记者。他刚从美国游学回来，整整半年呆在有云迪力宏女友，也有奶茶妹妹的哥伦比亚大学。如果说早期，他还对舆论的各种质疑攻讦有所反应，现在一切则在他掌控之中，还能用媒体传话给微博上的老对手李国庆说，“我也想他”。那个公敌京东的时代已经过去，供应商已经拜倒于京东的供应链下。当你用“公敌”形容他，他会露出王带有使命感的微笑，因为“公敌”代表了颠覆传统的能力。现在他这种能力又增强了，3BAT都向他招手，他应该可以重建秩序了。没准几年后，他桌子上的“Wenxintishi English Only”都会成为商界传奇。

未来，刘强东的场景还要增加那么几个。或许他的一生，无论商业还是感情，都会被全情投入到“王”的英雄大戏中。

历史上的王，从来不乏战斗技巧。京东的发迹于乱世，在中关村刘强东把几十种刻录机免费摆到柜台，派人专门接电话送货，用效率打败了对手。“只要用出货量大，就不怕你不给我货”，京东用低价扩大规模，再靠扩充品类和内部运营优化提高效率，再加上刘强东对利润空间的嗅觉和资本的助力，不断扩大地盘。好多年后，当采销请示他合同，他只看最后的总价，再用大计算器啪啪按几下，就能提出一个能实现的超低价。

王，亦不缺乏勇气。刘强东当年一下子关掉十三家门店，把京东搬到网上，算是典型的“壮士断腕”。势力范围扩大时，不免出现与外界的冲突，经销商的围攻，京东遇到过；垂直B2C的封杀，京东遇到过；资本的迫胁，京东也遇到过。而且王总是愿意成为冲锋陷阵时领头的那个，可惜，商业的战场难有肉搏，他只能在微博上，在用户和同行面前，和同样愿意冲锋的当当网CEO李国庆隔空对攻。

当然，王之所以为王，因为他拥有智慧。熟识他的人都说，刘强东极其聪明。他大学学的社会学，却学会了编程，不仅用这门功夫赚得第一桶金，还编写了京东的管理系统。至今，京东的管理依然以这套系统为基础。他能抓住乱世中的关键点――用户。早期用户的需求也很简单，只有一条，便宜。当用户不满于质量时，京东已经做到厂商直供；用户不满于物流时，京东自建物流已经亏本运行了一年多；用户开始要求品质时，刘强东说，京东要做时尚生活平台。一切，只需比用户要的早一点点，即可。2014年京东在年除夕提交上市申请，又在和腾讯的谈判中游刃有余，他的一切总出乎意料。

王有拥趸。那些跟着刘强东多年的老员工，大多折服于他。因此他们自觉的相信刘强东以及他的价值观，他们坚定不移的执行命令。甚至其中有盲目，有时即便实际情况和刘强东预计的不符合，他们或是不愿多想，或是止步于权势。

历史上的王，总有共通的缺点。比如他们会过于相信自己，其实有时这和勇气或智慧是同一种特质。这些特质落实在刘强东和京东的风格上，显得简单粗暴。刘强东可以强硬的对资本说，我说能增长这么多，你说不信，那我有什么办法，你不相信我可以不投啊，股权我可以回购啊。这种强硬是京东速度的必然前提，但当京东不断壮大，就会显得有点混乱。

显然，刘强东能意识到这些，他想方设法加固“京东战车”。他把“价值观的错误”当成不能饶恕的错误，京东有些外界看来苛刻的制度，每周上班六天，有的部门不允许用自己的手机给经销商打电话，员工收到礼品必须24小时内上缴。他用一年多的时间，给京东增加了CXO级管理层，希望能从日常管理中解决出来。他敢于在2014年使出大招是因为他又完成了一轮管理架构梳理，他能掌控的越来越多。

很多年后，人们评价刘强东可能会和马云相似，无论商业帝国做得多大，都不忘提到马云的“江湖”。

很多年后，人们可能会叫刘强东“王”。这个称呼，他应该不喜欢，这不是他的目标，他更希望成为英雄，解救众生。这些迹象过去已经出现过了，他不爱解释，却希望获得理解，尤其面对用户时，所以曾在微博上显得不淡定。同理，京东一再推迟了早就可以完成的上市，希望能得到一个匹配于京东的市场机会，这曾让资本等得很心急，他一直承受着巨大的压力，却刻意显得淡然。

因此你无法单纯用商业规律去推测京东的未来。当英雄梦想遇到商业时，会得出千种结果，因为英雄的使命会不断扩张。“王”或是“英雄”，那都历史的传说，现在，终究大江东去，他的一切梦想只能成就于商业之中了。
