即使实验验证了技术的可行性，真正的困难在于量产。在量产过程中，OPPO团队遇到了许多复杂的技术难题。例如，整机落球、胶水分层、边缘应力、油墨脱落、气泡、不固化等等，都需要一一攻克。为了提高产线良率，从最初的0%提升至99.9%，OPPO团队在IT数字化方面投入了大量精力，并且将产线工序时长提升至之前的十倍。

甚至，由于加工设备过重，导致车间地基沉重不够，OPPO还专门新建了一栋楼，解决了地基沉重和震动问题。经过这一系列的巨大投入，OPPO终于在Find X8上实现了超窄的物理四等边效果，为用户带来极致的视觉体验。

除了视觉效果，Find X8 的性能同样强劲。作为首批搭载天玑9400平台的手机，Find X8 在安兔兔跑分中超过了288万分，刷新了安卓手机的性能极限。
