Windows 10、Surface Book、HoloLens、Office 2016…可以说，微软今年为我们带来了很多的惊喜――其中大多数是积极的。虽然微软的功劳值得肯定，但是它在今年还是做了许多令人失望的事情。下面，就让我们一起来回顾一下微软在2015年的成功与失败之处。

成功：Windows 10

Windows10对于微软而言，是一个“不成功便成仁”的产品，作为微软今年的旗舰操作系统，它在很多方面都进行重大改进――去除了Windows8中的糟粕，并保留了Windows7中的精华，还添加了很多很酷的创新――如Cortana虚拟助理等。并且，微软承诺Windows 10的应用程序将能够在Windows的所有平台上通用。而且用户升级到Windows 10也不需要花一分钱。

不过，并不是Windows 10中所有的变化都得到了用户的好评，其中也有一些不受欢迎的――例如它强迫用户安装更新程序，以便能够获得更多的装机量。（这或许能够解释为什么Windows 10能够一反常态，迅速成为微软全球第三大流行系统）。就装机量上来讲，Windows 10的表现还是相当成功的，发布三个月装机量就破天荒的达到了1.2亿。所以，我们仍旧可以称之为自Windows 7以来最成功的操作系统。

失败：Microsoft Edge

迄今为止，很难说新的Edge浏览器完成了微软的某个既定目标。它可能是比Internet Explorer更安全没错，并且已经被集成在了Windows 10上了这也没错，然后呢？仅此而已。

在刚推出之时，Edge的表现几乎比所有其他的浏览器都要差。虽然现在来看，Edge有了明显的好转，但是其仍然缺少具有特色的插件和跨平台同步的功能。这使得Edge又成为了我们用来下载如Google Chrome这样的浏览器的浏览器，至少在台式机上是这样的。不过，单就其在Windows手机上的体验来说，并不是很糟糕。

成功：Surface Book和Surface Pro 4

微软今年在Surface硬件方面做的很好――改进研发了Surface Pro 4，并且通过Surface Book的变革和创新震惊了整个科技圈。

微软就这样突然成为了炙手可热的硬件公司。Surface Pro 4通过使用Intel的Skylake系列处理器对性能做了提升，内部结构的升级优化也解决了之前在Surface Pro 3上一直为人所诟病的散热问题。而微软同时发布的Surface Book，也成功成为了笔记本市场的“搅局者”――这是一个成功在键盘中集成了GPU和额外电池组的性能强悍的2合1平板电脑。虽然一些挥之不去的驱动程序问题仍然阻碍着这两款设备的普及――同样的Bug也在初期困扰了Surface Pro 3，但它们依然成功的在Windows 10平台上大放异彩。

失败：Windows 10 Mobile系统与Lumia 950

要是Windows 10 Mobile可以借用一些Windows 10上的魔力该多好。Windows 10 Mobile提供的新特性并不足以说服Android和iOS用户倒戈：它的使用体验实在是有些糟糕，并且直到现在也还是极度缺乏应用程序。更为无情的事，截至12月初，微软依然没有把Windows 10 Mobile推送给Windows Phone的老用户。

这两年多以来，微软的旗舰机型在智能手机市场中的表现可以说非常的糟糕。虽然与其他的Windows Phone相比，Lumia 950和更大的950XL代表着一个性能上的飞跃，但和Android和iOS阵营的旗舰机型相比，仍然是惨不忍睹。微软虽然仍在继续努力着，但这不是小孩子过家家，Windows Phone目前真正需要的是形成自己的生态系统。

成功：Continuum的连续性

是的，Continuum是令人兴奋的功能。是的，它只需要一个独立的外设（显示扩展坞或是电视棒）即可完成投影。但是这都不是重点，Continuum真正给力的地方是，微软的通用应用程序都可以被投射到大屏幕上――包括微软的高级Office Mobile应用程序――该款软件在手机或小于10英寸的平板电脑上完全免费。更棒的是，微软表示，Continuum能够为Windows Phone用户提供桌面级的体验。目前为止，还没有任何竞争对手敢这么说。

成功：HoloLens增强现实设备

作为微软在增强现实领域的第一个试验品，尽管尚未出货，HoloLens仍是一个不可否认的成功之作。今年一月，微软公开展示了HoloLens增强现实设备，此举在业界引发的轰动在微软历史上可能比其他任何产品的发布都要更为激烈。其演示操作的过程更是令人瞠目结舌。

虽然在2016年之前，HoloLens不会发售。不过，即使只是作为一个正在开发的产品，也已经足够震撼了。HoloLens通过半透明镜片、增强现实技术让用户可以在现实环境中看到和摸到3D全息图像，而这在游戏、设计和教育等多个领域都有着非常美好的前景。虽然，目前没人知道微软何时才会正式推出HoloLens，以及它的售价将会是多少，但是无论如何，这都将会是一款很棒的产品。

失败：Microsoft Band 2

和HoloLens一样有黑色的机身，和HoloLens一样拥有弯曲的弧度，但应用的技术却并不像HoloLens那样惊人，这就是Microsoft Band 2。微软在今年推出了第二代健身追踪器，但是它却仍然存在着一定的缺陷。虽然Band 2在细节方面拥有一定的改进，它精准且全面的运动追踪体验也令人印象深刻，但是相较于Apple Watch或是高端的Android Wear手表，它缺乏应用程序支持，并且外观很丑陋。

最近的更新似乎表明微软下了更大的决心去开发Microsoft Band，而它目前所需要的是做出一些新的改观。或许，微软打算在一个适当的时候推出Windows 10版本的Microsoft Band，比如Microsoft Band 3。如果事实真如此的话，我们可以把它叫做一个智能手表了吗？

成功：Office 2016

无论是单机版Office 2016还是Office 365订阅版，最新版的Office无疑在团队协作一体化上重点进行了优化。在这方面，Office 2016成功完成了软件向服务转型的过程。Office系列产品的迭代在为企业提供工作生产力的同时，简化的菜单以及全新功能都令人眼前一亮。毋庸置疑，Office 2016是当前市场中最好的办公软件。

失败： Project Islandwood、Astoria以及Windows应用商店

微软曾宣布计划通过提供工具，来将Android和iOS的APP移植到Windows 10和Windows 10 Mobile上，以减轻Win10与其他系统在应用程序数量上的差距，从而“打动”开发者。Project Astoria就是这样一个打通Windows平台与Android之间的应用开发障碍的计划，但是，由于种种原因，这一计划被停滞了下来。而另一个用于打通Windows平台和iOS平台的Project Islandwood便成为了最后的希望。目前，我们只能期待在明年3月召开的Build开发者大会上得到更多的信息。不仅如此，Windows应用程序商店也十分萧条，无论是桌面平台还是移动平台。

成功：全新的Xbox One体验

经过微软改造后的Xbox One用户界面让我联想到的是网页，而不是一个游戏机。与此同时，它还带来了两个非常棒的功能――能够将Xbox One中的游戏串流到Windows 10 PC中，并且还能够向后兼容Xbox 360中的数十款游戏。你可能会认为这肯定是收费的，但事实上，上述功能都是免费的。在未来几个月内，包括Cortana在内的多项Windows服务都将会登陆Xbox平台。

失败：OneDrive存储
